Before the training, I was struggling with my comfort level, freaking out when the connection was poor, and feeling like I was never going to be good at this. It felt like I had to learn my job all over again.
The training helped me realize I wasn't just expected to know how to navigate all of this on my own and that I didn't dread doing the visits and was using the tips during visits.
My day to day work seems easier now. I can focus more on my job, rather than some of the details of trying to navigate a telehealth visit.
